How Virtual Care Works

1. Request an appointment. Choose a virtual consultation and provide your current contact information.
2. Complete your health information. We review your medical history, current medications, goals and relevant concerns.
3. Meet with your provider. Your visit is completed through a secure video appointment while you are physically located in Georgia.
4. Receive an individualized plan. Recommendations may include lifestyle guidance, laboratory testing, follow-up care or an in-person evaluation when appropriate.

Virtual Medical Weight Management

Eligible Georgia adults may begin medical weight-management care through a virtual consultation. Treatment is individualized and may include nutrition and activity guidance, body-composition goals, laboratory review and ongoing clinical follow-up. Prescription treatment is considered only after an appropriate medical evaluation and is never guaranteed.

Virtual Hormone & Wellness Consultations

Telemedicine may also be available for hormone-health and general wellness discussions. Some services, laboratory testing, examinations or procedures may require an in-person visit at our Gainesville office.

Who Is Eligible?

• Adults age 18 or older
• Patients physically located in Georgia at the time of the appointment
• Patients able to complete secure video and required health forms
• Patients willing to obtain laboratory testing or attend an in-person visit when clinically necessary

Licensed, Local Clinical Care

Virtual consultations are provided through Holistique Med Spa & Wellness Center in Gainesville, Georgia, under the care of Derick McConnell, FNP-BC, with medical oversight by Dr. Grimsley. We combine convenient access with individualized medical review and appropriate follow-up.
