Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Deposits and late cancellations

For appointments that require a deposit, the deposit will be applied to your service and forfeited if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend. A $50 late cancellation or no-show fee may apply to appointments without a deposit when you have authorized a payment method on file. A deposit and fee will not both be charged for the same missed appointment.

Complimentary consultations do not require a deposit.

Late arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, depending on availability. If we cannot accommodate you, it may be treated as a late cancellation. Emergencies will be considered individually.
