What’s included
- Routine sick visits for everyday illnesses such as colds, sinus and ear infections, sore throats, urinary symptoms, minor rashes and stomach bugs.
- Medication review to go over everything you take, check for interactions and make sure your list makes sense together.
- Prescription refills of non-controlled medications when appropriate after review.
- In-person or telehealth visits, whichever is easier for you that day.
Not included
- Controlled substances, such as stimulants, opioids, benzodiazepines and sleep medications.
- Emergency care. For chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of stroke or any emergency, call 911.
- Lab work, imaging, prescriptions filled at the pharmacy, and specialist or hospital care, which are billed separately.
- Aesthetic, hormone, weight-management and other wellness services, which are priced separately.
How it works
- Join. Sign up online and choose the Individual or Couple plan.
- Get established. Your first visit covers your health history and current medications.
- Reach us when you need us. Book a sick visit or refill review in the office or by telehealth.
Is concierge medicine insurance?
No. The membership is a direct arrangement between you and Holistique for the services listed above. It does not replace health insurance, and we recommend keeping coverage for emergencies, hospital stays, specialists and other care outside the membership.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use telehealth from anywhere?
Telehealth visits are available when you are physically located in Georgia at the time of the visit.
Can my spouse and I share the Couple plan?
Yes. The $150 Couple plan covers two adults: you and your spouse or partner.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Membership is month to month with no enrollment fee, so you can cancel anytime.
Will you refill any medication?
We refill non-controlled medications after review when it is safe and appropriate. Controlled substances are not part of the membership.
